TO STAY HEALTHY, CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS IDEALLY NEED TO DO THREE TYPES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EACH WEEK - AEROBIC EXERCISE AND EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN BONES AND MUSCLES.
