The boot camp involves a combination of bodyweight exercises, cardio and weighted exercises that will help boost your strength, increase your cardio and burn fat.
3 hardcore sessions a week.
Monday 7pm - 8pm
Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday 6:30 - 7:30
Sessions take place at Kellythorpe floodlit rugby training pitches
Car parking available
£7 Per Session
£18 for unlimited week pass (equal to £6 per session)
£60 for unlimited month pass (equal to £5 per session)
£145 for unlimited 3 month pass (equal to £4 per session)
