Alice Robinson.

Alice found her passion for fitness when she employed rob as her personal trainer, prior to this she admits to spending many hours in the gym doing the same mundane workout without making any real progress towards reaching her goals.  After seeing first hand the results which are achievable when following a structured nutrition/ exercise plan (losing almost 2 stone), the knowledge to enhance her own training and finding a passion for strength training, she took the necessary steps to becoming a qualified Personal Trainer herself. With the hope of saving others the despair of blindly spending wasted hours in the gym and eating “like a rabbit” to get the results they want.
