Member Profile - James Cowton
Health hub member James Cowton competed this weekend in the Cookstown 100 Road Races in Northern Ireland.
James has been working with personal trainer Alice Robinson since joining the club and has been training very hard in the gym, ensuring he is in peak condition for the start of the season.
James did incredibly well, finishing in 1st place in the 600 supersport, beating the likes of Michael and William Dunlop onto the podium!
James also had a 3rd in the 600 supersport and a 6th on the Superbike. Unfortunately a crash on Saturday afternoon brought his weekend of racing to an early finish, luckily with no serious injuries, just leaving him a little bit battered and bruised.
The club would like to congratulate James on his great results this weekend and wish him good luck for the rest of the season’s racing.
Keep up the hard work!
