·     A chance to experience of different philosophies and methods of training.

·     Measurements and weight taken accurately pre and post programme.

·     Access to 5 sessions per week.



The course costs £180



·     Free access to all gym facilities and all classes for duration of program for members and non members.

·     Individually tailored nutritional breakdown and advice.
