Perform is the ideal program for those for those with some gym experience, who are looking for more structure and to take their training to the next level!
Within Perform we explore all avenues of strength and conditioning via data driven programming, accurate tracking and regular progress testing.
Members of 'Perform' will take part in 3 coach led sessions a week with another 2 optional sessions available to complete in your own time, delivered and tracked via out coaching app.
Groups will be capped at 6 people per coach to keep the attentiveness and quality of the coaches at a high standard.
