This intense 6 week fat loss programme has already had some staggering and life changing results in the short 30 weeks it has been running.

Coach Ryan Murray offers 66 coached sessions within the 6 week block, which are easily adaptable for any fitness level or ability. 

Tailored nutrition and exercise plans are handed out and adjusted accordingly and monitored carefully.

Although the physical results of the camps have been second to none, the biggest pro of the camps would be the consistent support network created by Ryan and the other “camp mates”, most of the camp members start as strangers. By meeting likeminded individuals and working together to reach a common goal they have become great friends!

Which makes everyone’s fitness journey so much easier!
