Strength Camp will be a small concentrated group of like minded people who all have the same aim...Strength.

There will be 3 coached sessions a week which will be led by competing and experienced Powerlifting coach and personal trainer Adam wylie… who coaches national and international powerlifting champions. 

Included with the sessions:
✔️Tailored diet and supplement plan and advice
✔️ Frequent testing 
✔️ Bespoke workout plan to do alongside the course.
✔️ A summary at the end of the course as evidence of your progressions.

Sessions will be every;
- Monday 6.30pm
- Wednesday 6.30pm
- Friday at 6.30pm
